I’ve just treated myself to a delicious soya latte in one of our fabulous cafés, where a seductive cake display is proudly adorned with the following sign:
Bell’s Cake’s
Well, their grammar may be shaky, but there is no denying that they have achieved perfect symmetry!

Doesn’t it just? I have amassed hundreds – if not thousands – of similar examples. Yet the rules governing the use of apostrophe are SO SIMPLE!
